RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Stock items can be returned; however, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied, and the items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase.

We cannot accept product returns for custom orders unless there is an issue with the product.

Items that were ordered incorrectly or were pre-approved for color by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must be shipped back to us prepaid, and we must be notified in advance.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
